I had to write a story for school, I also had to include the prompt in the story at some point. I am probably going to post more of these, but for now enjoy this one.
Story prompt: Before I was__ And now I am__
I write this journal in order to preserve history as it truly is. The journal is to serve as my reminder of the life I still have beyond these cold stone walls and the purpose I have for living. I suppose I should get to the story then. Before I was a prince and now I am a prisoner.
Before this prison I did not want the throne, and I still do not. But now I fear it is my destiny to hold the throne. It was not thrust upon me and yet,
